The Rhode Island Preparedness Conference will bring together more than 200 participants including emergency managers, public safety professionals, public works, additional state and municipal representatives, health care professionals, the business community, public school systems, colleges and universities, and more; with sessions around the theme of hazard resilience geared toward all of these sectors and partner groups.

Attached is a sponsorship form providing Sponsor and Exhibitor information as well as an application form.  You may also apply on-line at www.riaem.org/Conference/.  Once your application is received and approved, you will be notified and will receive a Sponsor or Exhibitor information package.  Space is limited, so please apply early.  Applications for Sponsors and Exhibitors should be received before June 9th, 2017.

Additionally, we invite you or a representative of your organization to participate in a short focus group that will be held during the conference.  The objective of the focus group is to identify and discuss areas of mutual interest.  RIAEM wants to ensure that your membership and/or sponsorship expectations are understood and hopefully met.
